Since 2004 the Communion of the Ante-Nicene Christians Church had ardently sought to provide a "common" form of worship that all member communities should be familiar with. Since its development based upon the collective worship instructions provided within the Didache the Didachean Liturgy ( a.k.a. the "Common Liturgy") has been the vehicle by which the Communion has met this goal. Some ANCC Communities use the "Common Liturgy" as their primary form of worship while others use a worship format of their own while using the "Common Liturgy" as the form of Worship for "occasional services".
